Hey there! I bet you have a slight idea what this look was inspired by, since I am making it so obvious with a backpack, plaid miniskirt and oxford shoes :P. Today, I am starting the second year at university and I like to take this occasion to talk about new beginings and how the start of fall is more inportant to me, than the start of the new year.
The main things are begining of the new school year and my birthday at the end of the month. Of course the excitment of new season's wardrobe and a change of hair have a part in it! It was always the month of September when I made plans how to be a better person and how to be more successful in school, especially now, when I'm 20, I'm really starting to notice how much more mature I am. Don't get me wrong, I love a good New Year's eve party, It's not like I'm sitting at home alone and watching cheesy movies :D. It's just that I don't like this pressure of the upcoming year, honestly, the first weeks of January scare me. This though of the change of the calendar year associates me with impermanence, while the though of me, being a year older is much more bearable, simply beacuse I feel more experienced and mature, It makes me think of a journey I am on. I know it sounds super weird, but had a little moment of 'philosophical' thoughts and I hope you understand what I' m trying to say.
